Israeli Foreign Ministry Issues Unusual Travel Advisory for Israelis in Greece Amid Planned Protests

The Israeli Foreign Ministry has issued an unusual advisory for Israeli citizens currently in Greece, warning them about a series of planned protests and demonstrations expected to take place today across multiple locations in the country. These protests are related to the ongoing conflict in Gaza and are anticipated to occur in cities such as Athens and Thessaloniki, as well as on various islands and popular tourist destinations.

The ministry cautioned that due to the scale of the demonstrations, there is a significant risk of large gatherings and potential public disorder. Israelis in Greece are advised to avoid protest sites and crowds, steer clear of any confrontations with demonstrators, and conceal any Israeli or Jewish symbols.
