25-Year-Old Man Drowns at Bat Yam Beach, Rescue Teams Confirm Death

A 25-year-old man drowned and was pronounced dead near Jerusalem Beach in Bat Yam on Friday morning. Magen David Adom (MDA) paramedics arrived at the scene at 06:24 following a report of a man pulled from the water. Paramedics Roy Ben Yitach, Mai Bozaglo, and Eran Carmel found the man unconscious, without pulse or breathing, and despite medical efforts, they confirmed his death.

This incident follows recent similar tragedies along Israel's coastline. Two days earlier, authorities responded to a report of a body washed ashore near Zikhron Yaakov, where police secured the scene and began investigations to identify the deceased and determine the circumstances. Earlier this year, a man in his 70s was found dead among rocks at the second boarding pier in the Jaffa Port. Rescue and police teams are still working to recover the body and investigate the case. MDA paramedics Sarah Cohen and emergency medical technician Roy Leventer reported that the man was found without vital signs and was declared dead after medical examination.

Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding these drownings along the Israeli coast.
