Former MK Eitan Ginzburg Joins Naftali Bennett's 'Together' List Ahead of Elections

Eitan Ginzburg, former Minister of Communications and Knesset member from the Blue and White party, announced on Wednesday his decision to join the 'Together' list led by Naftali Bennett ahead of the upcoming elections. Ginzburg praised Bennett's leadership experience and called for the formation of a "broad, Zionist, and stable government" to lead the country's recovery and reform efforts.

In his statement, Ginzburg emphasized the urgency facing the next government, saying there is no time for trial and error and that the political system must work diligently from day one to repair the damage done, with clear goals and ready work plans. He expressed confidence in Bennett's abilities to restore the country to the right path.

Ginzburg described the upcoming elections as a decisive moment for Israel's future, framing the choice as between a "sectarian, extreme, and fragmented state" and one that returns to the foundations of Zionism as a Jewish, democratic, liberal, strong, and progressive nation. He recalled his experience working with Bennett during the previous "change government," highlighting Bennett's decisiveness and empathy.

He stated that his public mission compels him to act to restore hope to the country and expressed enthusiasm about joining a winning team that combines new professional talent with rich political experience. Ginzburg's goal is to help establish a government capable of working for Israelis and strengthening the state.
