An Israeli military official has dismissed former US President Donald Trump’s claims of a missile shortage in the United States, affirming that both the US and Israel possess sufficient missile stockpiles for defense and offensive operations against Iran. The official highlighted that during the 40-day conflict known as the 'Roaring Lion' war, US and Israeli forces targeted all key components of Iran’s military industry, severely damaging its missile production capabilities.

While acknowledging that Iran remains a large country with some capacity to produce isolated missile parts, the official stressed that Tehran currently lacks the ability to manufacture missiles from scratch. Iran is reportedly attempting limited repairs, such as clearing blocked tunnels and restoring damaged launchers, but these efforts are constrained by ongoing Israeli and US military actions that have disrupted raw material supplies, development centers, and production facilities.
