Hapoel Jerusalem Signs Serbian Center Dusan Miljic from Lebanese League
Hapoel Jerusalem officially announced the signing of 27-year-old Serbian center Dusan Miljic, who stands 2.15 meters tall. Miljic joins the Israeli Premier League team from Lebanese club Al Riyadi and will play under coach Sasha Obradovic on a two-year contract.
Miljic had a notable previous season with Romanian club Cluj, averaging 12.6 points and 7.6 rebounds in the EuroCup. After finishing the season in Romania in early June, he moved to Lebanon to play for Al Riyadi. Miljic began his professional career with Partizan Belgrade and has since played in Spain, Poland, Serbia, Romania, and Lebanon.
Last season, Miljic faced Hapoel Jerusalem twice in the EuroCup, losing both games but improving his performance from 7 points and 2 rebounds in the first match to 17 points and 5 rebounds in the second.
