Indictments Filed Against Four Minors in Benyahu Razi Murder Case

Four minors suspected in the murder of Benyahu Razi had their detention extended by four days ahead of indictments expected to be filed on Friday. Police presented prosecutorial statements during Tuesday's hearing, indicating plans to charge seven suspects involved in the killing. The family of Benyahu Razi attended the court session, demanding full accountability for all involved, including the minors.

Evidence revealed last week included threatening messages from suspect Agam Tzarfati, who allegedly declared before the murder, "I will finish him. He dies today." Tzarfati also sent a message to Razi containing derogatory language and threats, suggesting foreknowledge of the attack. Another suspect, Shilat Khuta, who is the partner of Razi's friend and allegedly helped orchestrate the murder alongside Tzarfati, was found to have Razi's blood on her phone and sent threatening texts to her partner. She was also present at the crime scene.

Abior Sasson, another suspect, is accused of carrying out the murder. His mother is also suspected of involvement and aiding his escape. Police stated during the hearing that she threatened other suspects to keep silent about her son and the case. Additionally, statements made by a suspect named Linor before and after the murder suggest her awareness of the crime, strengthening suspicions against her. The judge ruled that the suspicions against Linor have intensified.

The court proceedings continue as the police prepare to formally charge all seven suspects, including the four minors, in connection with the murder of Benyahu Razi.
