Siraj Nasser Joins Bnei Eilat as Team Strengthens for Promotion Push
Bnei Eilat, coached by Kobi Refua, has signed veteran forward Siraj Nasser, who previously played for Hapoel Be'er Sheva, Hapoel Tel Aviv, and Bnei Sakhnin. Nasser, who turned 36 in September, agreed to join the Liga Bet club after his wife accepted a senior position in Eilat, facilitating his move to the southern city. Last season, he played for Ironi Karmiel in Liga Alef North. Nasser is part of a significant recruitment drive that also includes players Ofek Fischler, Gil Yitzhak, and Gidi Keniuk. Former goalkeeper Meir Cohen will serve as assistant coach under Refua, with the clear objective of securing promotion to Liga Alef.
