40-Year-Old Man Dies in Head-On Crash on Highway 42, Young Woman Injured
A 40-year-old man was killed in a head-on collision involving two vehicles on Highway 42. Emergency medical teams from Magen David Adom (MDA) arrived at the scene and found the man unconscious, without pulse or breathing, with multiple severe injuries. Despite medical efforts, he was pronounced dead at the site.
A 25-year-old woman was moderately injured in the accident, suffering injuries to her limbs and abdomen. She received medical treatment at the scene and was transported by MDA ambulance to Kaplan Medical Center for further care.
MDA emergency responders Meir Avivi and Avisaf Kanfo described the crash as a severe frontal collision with significant front-end damage to both vehicles.
