Indictment Filed Against Lod Teacher Accused of Sexual Offenses Against Student

The State Prosecutor's Office has filed an indictment against Muhammad Al Naqib, a 27-year-old teacher from Lod, on charges of sexual offenses involving a student. The allegations pertain to incidents at a school in northern Tel Aviv, where Al Naqib is accused of committing sexual offenses against a 12-year-old female student. Alongside the indictment, the prosecution has requested that Al Naqib be held in custody until the conclusion of legal proceedings against him.

The Tel Aviv District Court has imposed a gag order prohibiting the publication of any details that could identify the complainant.
