IDF Kills Two Hamas Militants Including Attacker in Nir Oz Massacre

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) eliminated two Hamas militants over the weekend in targeted strikes in the Gaza Strip. One of the militants, Salem Gamal Abd al-Rahman Abu Labad, led a Hamas terror cell and was responsible for the attack on the Nir Oz kibbutz during the Simchat Torah massacre. The other, Muhammad Abd al-Nasser Muhammad Khatib, was a commander in Hamas's Maghazi Brigade. Both militants operated under Hamas's military wing and were involved in planning terrorist activities against Israeli forces. The IDF carried out precise aerial strikes to neutralize these threats and prevent further attacks. The military spokesperson highlighted the elimination of Abu Labad, who was referred to as the "terrorist doctor" and had held Israeli hostages Rami Gonen and Noa Marziano. These operations took place in southern and central Gaza during the weekend following the Simchat Torah attack.
