Israeli Journalist Adva Dadon Marries Actor Yadin Gilman in Golan Heights Wedding

Israeli journalist Adva Dadon, 37, and actor and model Yadin Gilman, 32, officially married in a ceremony held on Friday at the boutique "Para" hotel in the Golan Heights. The wedding was attended by close family and friends. Although both the couple and most guests are from central Israel, they deliberately chose a northern location to support local businesses in the region. All wedding vendors were local or reservists, and the event featured exclusively Israeli-made products.

Dadon’s wedding dress was designed by renowned designer Alon Livne in collaboration with stylist Shiran Mania, featuring a timeless minimalist style. The couple publicly revealed their relationship in December 2022 at their first joint public event after keeping it private for some time. They became engaged during a private vacation in Italy in February 2024 but kept the engagement secret.

In a significant recent event, Gilman, who serves as a reservist in an elite unit, was seriously wounded on October 7 during combat in Kibbutz Be’eri, suffering gunshot wounds to his chest and hand. He has since undergone multiple surgeries and a lengthy rehabilitation process. On the same day, Dadon reported from the field under fire and helped evacuate civilians from the Nova party massacre scene in Re’im. In August 2024, the couple welcomed their son, Yonatan Lavi, who joins Dadon’s daughter Ilan from her previous marriage to journalist Gilad Shalmor.
