Israeli Journalist Gilad Shalmor Starts New Relationship with Actress Esther Rada

Israeli journalist Gilad Shalmor, 43, has moved on from his previous relationship with Dutch entrepreneur Sarah Hildering and is now reportedly dating actress and singer Esther Rada, 41. Sources told Walla! Celebs that Shalmor and Rada have been together for about a month and were recently seen embracing on Ben Yehuda Street in Tel Aviv, signaling their romantic involvement. The couple has kept their relationship relatively private so far.

Shalmor was previously linked to Hildering, a Jewish-Dutch entrepreneur active in global music and Israeli advocacy, and was also once seen on a date with singer Ninet Tayeb, though that did not develop into a relationship. He was married to journalist Adva Dadon, with whom he has a daughter named Ilan.

Esther Rada was formerly married to musician Gili Yalo and later was in a long-term relationship with saxophonist Gal Dahan, with whom she has two sons. Rada and Dahan separated in 2025 after more than a decade together.
