Hapoel Tel Aviv Negotiates to Sign Guard Max Heidegger Amid Roster Moves

Hapoel Tel Aviv is actively negotiating with Max Heidegger, an Israeli naturalized basketball player, to join their team. Despite recently signing Tamir Blatt, the club continues discussions with Heidegger and has not ruled out his arrival. Heidegger started the current season with Bnei Herzliya, where he was among the top Israeli players in the Israeli Basketball Premier League, averaging 15.2 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 3.1 assists per game. Following Operation Breaking Dawn, he moved to Burgos in Spain, scoring 12.4 points per game. Heidegger has previous experience in the Israeli league, including a stint with Maccabi Tel Aviv in the 2020/21 season and earlier periods with Herzliya. He also helped Herzliya reach the State Cup final this year and has played for Baskonia in Spain.
