Barcelona Prioritizes Hapoel Over Maccabi in EuroLeague Season Ticket Sales
As EuroLeague teams prepare for the upcoming season, Barcelona has announced its season ticket structure for the second consecutive year, distinguishing between different groups of opponents. The club will offer three types of season tickets. The first grants access to all home games without exception. The second, called the 'Top 9' season ticket, allows entry to matches against the nine teams Barcelona considers its strongest rivals, including Olympiacos, Panathinaikos, Fenerbahçe, Villeurbanne, Paris Basketball, Crvena Zvezda Belgrade, Valencia, AS Doukas, and notably, Hapoel Tel Aviv. This ticket starts at 119 euros. The third and most affordable option, the 'Other 9 Teams' season ticket, priced from 75 euros, covers games against the remaining teams such as Partizan Belgrade, Bayern Munich, Žalgiris, Beşiktaş, Anadolu Efes, Baskonia, Milan, Virtus, and Maccabi Tel Aviv. This segmentation highlights Barcelona's higher valuation of Hapoel Tel Aviv compared to Maccabi Tel Aviv in their rivalry hierarchy for the upcoming EuroLeague season.
