Police Investigate Discovery of Man's Body on Negev Street in Tel Aviv
On the night of January 17, 2026, police received a report about the discovery of a man's body in an open area on Negev Street in Tel Aviv. Officers from the Sar-Tet police station and forensic teams arrived at the scene to collect evidence and launched an investigation. The body was transferred to the Abu Kabir Institute of Forensic Medicine for examination. Authorities have currently ruled out suspicion of criminal activity, but the investigation remains ongoing.
This incident follows a similar case three days earlier, when a foreign man from Moldova, aged 39, was found drowned at Hof Hofit beach in Ashkelon.
