Motorcyclist Critically Injured in Collision with Truck on Ayalon Highway
A motorcyclist in his mid-40s was critically injured after colliding with a truck on Highway 20 near the Rokach Interchange in central Israel. Emergency medical teams from Magen David Adom (MDA) arrived to find the rider unconscious, without pulse or breathing, while bystanders were performing basic resuscitation. Paramedics continued advanced life-saving measures and transported him to Ichilov Hospital in a critical condition with multiple traumatic injuries.
MDA motorcycle medics Yinon Levi, David Amichai, and Israel Pinto described the scene as a severe road accident. They emphasized their ongoing efforts to save the man's life. Police officers from the Yarkon district and traffic investigators from the Tel Aviv district are currently at the scene, conducting an investigation into the circumstances of the crash.
