El Al's frequent flyer credit card, FLY CARD, has recently transitioned from being issued by CAL and American Express to Isracard, effective from June 1, 2026. This change requires current FLY CARD holders to actively switch to the new Isracard-issued FLY CARD to continue earning points, diamonds (for premium cards), and other benefits within El Al's frequent flyer program.
Cardholders using the CAL-issued FLY CARD can still use their cards and accumulate points until December 31, 2026. After this date, the CAL cards will no longer function as FLY CARDs, meaning they will not provide the exclusive benefits or points accumulation tied to El Al's frequent flyer club.
