President Herzog Calls Samaria Regional Council Head After Terror Attacks
Israeli President Isaac Herzog spoke on Thursday with Yossi Dagan, head of the Samaria Regional Council, following recent terror attacks in the Samaria (Shomron) region. During the conversation, Herzog expressed deep shock over the attacks and extended his support to Dagan and the local residents.
