To ensure these leaders' dependence on Hamas and reinforce its presence, the group has begun offering direct incentives, including assistance in resolving internal family disputes, granting various privileges, and providing humanitarian benefits. Palestinian security sources highlight Hamas's increased efforts to embed loyalists at the heads of neighborhood committees, refugee camps, and displaced persons' complexes throughout Gaza.

These moves come amid the growing power of clans during the ongoing conflict and aim to restore Hamas's dominance in Gaza's internal affairs.
