Blue Bird Airlines Cuts Round-Trip Fares to Popular Summer Destinations from Israel

Blue Bird Airlines, a Greek carrier with Israeli ownership, has launched a promotional campaign offering round-trip flights to several popular destinations for as low as 125 euros. The discounted fares apply to routes from Ben Gurion Airport to locations including Larnaca at 125 euros, Rhodes at 139 euros, Crete at 142 euros, and Paphos at 149 euros. The promotion targets travel during the days leading up to the Jewish fast of Tisha B'Av and the early September period between the summer vacation and Rosh Hashanah, traditionally times when flight prices are high.

In addition to the fare reductions, Blue Bird announced an expansion of its weekly flights to Amsterdam, increasing service to three flights per week starting July 27, 2026, with one-way fares beginning at 174 euros. The airline attributes this expansion to rising demand and emphasizes its competitive flight times and attractive pricing. A company spokesperson stated, "As demand continues to grow, we will work to increase our capacity on this route during summer 2026 to offer passengers a wider and more flexible selection of flights."
