IDF Kills Smuggler Attempting to Bring Military Equipment into Gaza

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) conducted a strike yesterday in southern Gaza, killing Moustafa Oweizi, a smuggler involved in transferring military equipment into the Gaza Strip. Oweizi had recently intensified efforts to smuggle weapons and equipment aimed at rebuilding Hamas's military capabilities, violating the ceasefire agreement. The equipment he attempted to smuggle was intended for use by Hamas in maritime and aerial operations. IDF Southern Command forces remain deployed in the area in accordance with the ceasefire agreement and will continue to act to eliminate any immediate threats.
