Apple Sues OpenAI Over Alleged Theft of Trade Secrets in Product Development

Apple has filed a lawsuit in a California court against artificial intelligence company OpenAI, accusing it of stealing trade secrets related to products still under development. The lawsuit claims that OpenAI required job candidates from Apple to disclose confidential project details and bring components to interviews. Additionally, former Apple employees are accused of downloading internal technical documents. Apple representatives stated in the complaint that OpenAI's hardware business is fundamentally flawed due to its illegal reliance on stolen trade secrets. In response, OpenAI told Bloomberg that it has no interest in other companies' proprietary information.
