Unknown Vandals Smash Entrance Doors at Tel Aviv News 12 Building
Unknown individuals smashed the entrance doors of the building housing News 12 in Tel Aviv. It remains unclear whether the attack targeted News 12 specifically or one of the other businesses operating in the same building. This incident follows recent threats and vandalism near the News 12 offices.
A few weeks ago, threatening graffiti was sprayed outside the News 12 studios, including messages such as "To traitors, farewell" and explicit threats naming journalists and media figures. Additional graffiti called for the removal of ranks from a senior official, targeting journalists, media personnel, and judicial leaders.
News 12 condemned the vandalism and urged the Israeli police to act swiftly against those inciting violence toward journalists and free press members. They emphasized that this was not the first such incident and described the current threats as direct and serious warnings that law enforcement must address immediately.
