A 30-year-old man was killed in a shooting incident on Friday morning on Highway 65 near the Tzalmon Stream interchange in the Lower Galilee. Paramedics from Magen David Adom (MDA) attempted to resuscitate the victim after arriving at the scene, but were forced to declare him dead. The incident occurred near a bus stop. A senior MDA paramedic, Fadi Othman, described finding the man lying on the sidewalk, unconscious and suffering from penetrating wounds. He noted that a civilian had begun CPR under the guidance of MDA's 101 hotline, and that paramedics continued the resuscitation efforts. However, the injuries were fatal, and the man's death was pronounced at the scene.
