Amid escalating tensions with Iran, Israel's Ambassador to the UN, Danny Danon, delivered a strong condemnation of the Iranian regime during a UN General Assembly session. Danon accused Iran of pursuing nuclear and missile programs, funding Hezbollah, harming international shipping, and oppressing its own people.
"The Iranian regime has a recipe for terror: restoring nuclear and missile programs, funding Hezbollah, murdering their own people, and holding global shipping hostage. Iran has returned to the kitchen, and the whole world is on the menu," Danon stated. He directly addressed the regime, warning, "You are making a grave mistake. Your arrogance will lead to your downfall. The ground beneath your feet is boiling."
Danon also spoke to the Iranian people, assuring them, "Your moment is coming. Soon you will be able to determine your own future." The ambassador's remarks come as international concerns mount over Iran's regional activities and nuclear ambitions.
