In response, far-right politician Itamar Ben-Gvir expressed hope that Netanyahu's desire for a unity government would not lead to excluding parts of the right-wing bloc, emphasizing that the initial proposal centers on Jewish identity and can only be advanced within a right-wing government. Netanyahu replied by denying any intention to boycott factions within the right-wing camp.
