IDF Kills Hamas Commander Involved in October 7 Attack in Gaza
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced the killing of Atef Abed Alrahman Maher Abed Alkarim Ziada, a commander of a Hamas cell involved in the October 7 massacre. Ziada was killed in an airstrike last week in the Shati area of the Gaza Strip. On the same day, the IDF also eliminated Kamal Muhammad Hamdan Nagar, the head of a Hamas tunnel unit in the Khan Yunis area. According to the IDF, throughout the conflict and especially recently, Hamas militants have attempted to carry out terrorist operations against Israeli forces operating in Gaza. These militants posed an immediate threat to the IDF troops and were neutralized in precise strikes.
