Desert Festival Wedding for Gal Amitai and Efrat Dor
Actor Gal Amitai and his partner, actress Efrat Dor, married last weekend at the Metzoke Dragot complex, against a dramatic desert sunset. The three-day celebration was designed like a Burning Man style festival, with nonstop music, seven different DJs, a pool party, trendy ice baths, and bonfires through the night.
Sagi Zehavi handled the main DJ set on the wedding night, while their close friend and fellow actor Moshe Ashkenazi served as the officiant. Dor wore a dress designed by Vivi Blais, and Amitai wore a suit from the brand Novorish Dog, designed by Maoz Dahan.
The remote location did not stop a long list of celebrities from traveling south to celebrate with the couple. Among those seen dancing in the desert were Guy Pines, Ori Pfeffer, Joy Rieger, Amir Shurush, Dana Ivgy, Michael Aloni, Noa Moses, and Shani Atias, who flew in directly from Los Angeles.
