According to the Dalal family, who were aboard the flight, the captain began behaving erratically, shouting and banging his head against the ceiling. They said the crew and passengers were left unsure where the aircraft would land. One family member told Channel 13, “The pilot started going crazy, screaming, hitting his head on the ceiling. We did not know where we would land.”

The report did not specify the exact date of the flight or whether anyone was injured, but it said the situation ended without a crash. The flight was part of Air Canada service from New Jersey, and the episode was described as a near-accident that could have ended in catastrophe.
