17-Year-Old Killed in Jaffa Shooting as Police Open Murder Probe
A shooting on Ibn Rashad Street in Jaffa left two 17-year-old boys wounded, one in serious condition and the other lightly injured. Later, police said one of the teenagers died of his wounds.
Israel Police opened a murder investigation and said forensic teams were collecting evidence at the scene and conducting searches to locate suspects. The Tel Aviv District commander held an on-site assessment, and the case was assigned to the Ayalon investigative unit.
Police said the incident is believed to have a criminal background. No suspects were reported arrested at the time of the announcement.
