Right-wing activist Baruch Marzel has addressed rumors circulating online about his well-being, asserting that numerous threats against his life have not deterred his ongoing activities. In a post on his X account, formerly Twitter, Marzel discussed attempts to harm him over the years and refuted claims that he had been poisoned. He also revealed that he had declined security offers from Israeli security agencies.

"They tried to harm me many times over the years, I appeared on the assassination lists of various terror organizations," Marzel wrote. "And contrary to the rumors that they managed to poison me, I am alive, breathing, and existing, thank God and with His help."

Marzel further stated that he rejected official security proposals from the defense establishment. "The Shin Bet and the police intelligence offered me security and protection from all directions. I refused, because I believe my neighboring Hamas members need security. I fear no one except the Holy One, Blessed be He and a little bit my wife," he said.

He concluded his statement with a firm declaration: "I will continue with all my might until we expel the enemies and conquer all of the Land of Israel." Marzel is known for his persistent activism aimed at establishing Israeli sovereignty over all areas of the "Promised Land." Recently, he led a defiant response against several countries, including Britain, France, and Canada, which announced trade embargoes on products from Israeli settlements. In reaction to the decision by 12 countries, Marzel posted a defiant message with a picture from the field, stating, "Hey Britain, I conquered more territory. You can jump on us."

Marzel, long associated with the far-right of the Israeli political spectrum, previously served as secretary of the Kach party, chairman of the National Jewish Front, and was a founder of the Otzma Yehudit party. However, in recent years, he has been critical of the ruling Likud party and even former partners in the Otzma Yehudit leadership, including Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir, accusing them of moderating their positions and retreating from authentic right-wing ideology.
