Maccabi Tel Aviv is set to host Bnei Sakhnin on Saturday evening, aiming to maintain their winning momentum after a lengthy break. "The goal is to try and continue the good momentum we had," a player stated. "We worked hard throughout the break and we are arriving prepared."
Coach Kenny Miller will make final decisions on the starting lineup for two key players, Helio Varela and Mohamed Ali Camara, following the team's final training session on Friday. If both players are deemed fit to play, they are expected to start. However, if Varela is unable to play, Elad Madmon is the likely replacement. In Camara's potential absence, Tyris Asante is positioned to step in as a defender.
Beyond these two positions, Miller is not expected to alter the team's strong core lineup. The anticipated starting XI includes Ofek Malika, James Tavernier, Mohamed Ali Camara (or Tyris Asante), Raz Shlomo, Noam Ben Harush, Issouf Sissoko, Gabi Kanyukovsky, Dor Peretz, Osher Davida, Helio Varela (or Elad Madmon), and Aster Skulker.
