An Israeli man in his 80s died of cardiac arrest while on a trip in Madrid, Spain, on Thursday. Following efforts that lasted about 24 hours, his body was brought back to Israel on the same day.

Aryeh Amit, commander of ZAKA 360, stated that the organization's international unit worked continuously with Israeli and foreign authorities to expedite the return of the deceased for burial in Israel as soon as possible. "After efforts that lasted throughout the last day, his body was brought to Israel today," Amit said.

A ZAKA 360 ambulance transported the body for funeral and burial arrangements, which were scheduled to take place on Thursday at the Southern Cemetery in Ashkelon.
