EA FC 27 Features Upgraded FUT Card for Israeli Player Wesley Fatazi

Wesley Fatazi, an Israeli player formerly of Maccabi Tel Aviv and currently with AZ Alkmaar, has received a special FUT (Fantasic Ultimate Team) card in EA FC 27. The new card, rated 84 overall, is part of the Foundations series and represents a significant upgrade from his original base card, which was rated 72. The enhanced card boasts impressive stats, including 90 pace, 82 shooting, 77 passing, 84 dribbling, 40 defending, and 75 physicality. Fatazi is positioned as a right winger, with the flexibility to play as a right midfielder, and features four-star skill moves and a three-star weak foot.

This official upgrade follows speculation surrounding a previous, unverified "evolution" card that circulated online, showing Fatazi with a rating of 84 but different stats, including 94 pace and 88 dribbling. At the time, there was suspicion that the unconfirmed evolution card was an attempt to inflate demand for the base card, though this was never proven. The new official card does not confirm the previously shown evolution path.

Fatazi's career in the 2024/25 season saw him contribute to Maccabi Tel Aviv's league and Toto Cup victories. He joined the Israeli club from Santos in September 2024 and transferred to AZ Alkmaar in August 2025. During his tenure with Maccabi Tel Aviv, he scored 14 goals and provided nine assists in 39 appearances across all competitions.
