A woman about 19 years old was shot dead on Tuesday in the Jawarish neighborhood of Ramla, police said. The police announced that they had opened an investigation into the killing.
Officers from the Shfela district and the Ramla police station, together with fighters from the National Guard Central unit in the Border Police, began collecting evidence and sealing off the scene. At the same time, they launched a search for the suspect in the shooting.
