Rabbi Zalman Duchman, a representative of Kollel Chabad, traveled from New York to Israel to visit Israeli Ambassador to the US Yechiel Leiter. The visit was prompted by the injury of Ambassador Leiter's son, Neria Dov, in a terrorist attack. During his visit, Duchman told Ambassador Leiter that before coming to Israel, he visited the resting place of the Lubavitcher Rebbe in Queens and prayed for Neria Dov ben Hana's recovery.

"The entire Chabad community is praying for your son's complete recovery," Duchman told Leiter. The Ambassador, who is familiar with Kollel Chabad's activities and maintains contact with its members, expressed gratitude for the gesture. Duchman stated that upon his return to the United States, he intends to visit the Rebbe's resting place again, calling it his "first stop back in the US."
