Former football star Eran Zahavi, along with his partner Avi Arbiv, has finalized a significant real estate deal with businessman Rami Levy to establish a large supermarket in Mazkeret Batya. The agreement will see Rami Levy's supermarket chain lease approximately 3,500 square meters within a commercial complex owned by Zahavi and Arbiv.

In parallel, the fitness chain Holmes Place has also signed a deal with Zahavi and Arbiv for their complex, estimated at 43 million shekels. This lease agreement includes monthly rent of around 180,000 shekels.

The Eleven Center complex, located near the Mazkeret Batya train station, is designed to offer a mix of retail, commercial, and leisure spaces on its ground floors, with office and employment areas on upper levels. A green rooftop area will also be available for visitors and workers.

This is not Zahavi and Arbiv's only venture in Mazkeret Batya; they are also developing projects on three additional plots totaling about 10 dunams, intended for commerce, offices, and high-tech businesses. Zahavi, who officially retired from professional football earlier this year, has been involved in real estate development since 2015 through his company Abar-Zahavi Entrepreneurship and Construction Ltd., founded with Arbiv. The partners acquired the 10-dunam plot for the Eleven Center in May for approximately 21 million shekels.
