A young man, approximately 20 years old, was killed in a road accident near the entrance to Na'ura, close to Afula, on Tuesday afternoon. Shortly after, a woman around 70 years old was seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle in a kibbutz in the Jezreel Valley. Earlier, a police officer in Lod sustained minor injuries when he was hit by a suspect who fled after the officer attempted to stop him for a check. Magen David Adom paramedic Hassan Zubi described finding the motorcyclist unresponsive with no pulse or breathing, and despite resuscitation efforts, his death was pronounced at the scene. Later, at 4:30 PM, emergency services received a report of a pedestrian hit by a car in a kibbutz in the Jezreel Valley Regional Council. Paramedics treated and evacuated the 70-year-old woman, who suffered multiple systemic injuries, to HaEmek Hospital in serious condition. In a separate incident in Lod's Pardes Shnir neighborhood, a police officer was lightly injured when a motorcyclist, attempting to evade a police stop, struck him and fled. Large police forces were deployed to search for the suspect.
