Rayk Real Estate Group, part of Aspen Group, held a sales event in Tel Aviv this week, offering financing terms that include a fixed, unlinked mortgage rate of 1.99%. According to the company, this benefit is available for 15 to 25 years, with no fixed sum ceiling, and is adjusted to the buyer's eligibility for a mortgage. The financing is provided through banks with which Rayk collaborates, with Rayk subsidizing the difference between the rate paid by the buyer and the actual interest rate. The event, named "THE RAYK NIGHT," took place at the company's headquarters and was attended by dozens of interested parties. Rayk also conducted Zoom calls with potential buyers from the United States, Europe, and other countries.

During the event, the company offered several apartments at prices valid only for the event, alongside the payment and financing terms. Among the deals closed, according to the company's report, a three-room apartment in the East Side project in the Yad Eliyahu neighborhood was sold for NIS 3.475 million, and a four-room apartment in the Nordau 88 project in the Old North was sold for NIS 6.99 million. Rayk is currently marketing over 12 projects nationwide.

Projects presented at the event included an urban renewal project on Likhmei Galipoli Street in Yad Eliyahu, the Nordau 88 project in the Old North, and a project in the Bavli neighborhood, along with projects on Yehuda Hamaccabi, Weizmann, Bilu, and Shilo streets. The company recently reported sales totaling approximately NIS 58 million within two months across its projects. This sum includes deals in projects in Yad Eliyahu, Bavli, and Nordau in Tel Aviv, as well as the purchase of 8 investment apartments in Jerusalem for about NIS 24 million. Rami Dvash, Rayk Group's VP of Marketing and Sales, stated, "We are seeing continued demand for deals in projects that offer planning certainty and a central location. The financing terms allow us to appeal to both local buyers and foreign investors."
