The real estate company Moshav is set to launch a new residential project this week in the Kiryat Hasharon neighborhood of Netanya. The development will feature two 13-story buildings comprising a total of 129 apartments. Sales will commence with the official launch.

The project's unit mix includes five and six-room apartments, mini-penthouses, and penthouses, some with sukkah balconies. During the pre-sale phase, five-room apartments will be offered starting at 3.5 million shekels, and six-room apartments will start at 3.95 million shekels.

Located in eastern Netanya, Kiryat Hasharon has grown into one of the city's largest residential areas in recent decades. The neighborhood offers convenient access to major transportation routes, including Highways 2 and 4, facilitating travel to the Gush Dan and Sharon regions. Proximity to the Netanya-Sapir train station and the Poleg and Sapir employment and commercial zones is also a key feature. The area is served by educational institutions and community facilities, with green spaces like Lake Park nearby.

Alon Union, CEO of Moshav, stated that many families in Kiryat Hasharon have outgrown their current homes but wish to remain in the neighborhood. He noted a limited supply of new, larger apartments in the area until now. Union added that Moshav has previously built hundreds of apartments in Kiryat Hasharon, continuing its activity in the neighborhood with this new project.
