  • Settlers attacked Palestinians and vehicles in Ramallah and Ein Yabrud.
  • An Israeli flag was raised in Al-Ouda Square in Ramallah.
  • Israeli forces entered the town of Birzeit.
  • Settler incursions into the Al-Tira area have been frequent.
  • Over 2,000 settler attacks were reported in September.

Dozens of Israeli settlers stormed the Al-Tira neighborhood in Ramallah on Tuesday, raising an Israeli flag in Al-Ouda Square. Simultaneously, settlers fired live ammunition and attacked Palestinians and their vehicles in the village of Ein Yabrud, east of Ramallah, according to Palestinian sources. Israeli security forces also entered the town of Birzeit, north of Ramallah. These incidents follow repeated settler incursions into the Al-Tira area in recent weeks. The Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate has seen a surge in settler raids and assaults, coinciding with Israeli forces' raids on West Bank towns and villages. The Wall and Settlement Authority reported 2,051 settler attacks across the West Bank since the beginning of September.
