Miracle in Jerusalem: Driver Survives 7-Meter Fall After Car Plunges Off Road
A dramatic and unusual accident occurred on Rafael De La Pergola Street in Jerusalem when a private vehicle veered off the road and fell approximately 7 meters, equivalent to two stories.
Fire and rescue forces were dispatched to the scene and carried out a complex rescue operation to extract the female driver from the vehicle.
Medical teams from United Hatzalah and Magen David Adom provided initial treatment to the 66-year-old driver before transporting her to Shaare Zedek Medical Center. Despite the frightening nature of the accident and the significant height of the fall, her condition is currently described as light, a situation authorities are calling a miracle.
The cause of the vehicle veering off the road is under investigation.
