New Residential Towers Project Launched in Netanya After Demolitions

The "N HaHistadrut" project in Netanya has commenced with the demolition of existing structures to make way for three new residential buildings containing 182 new housing units. Developed by Azorim Group in partnership with the Netanya Renewal Company, this project is the third in Azorim's "N Netanya" collection of tower projects in the city.

The development will feature two 18-story towers and one 9-story building. Designed by Zeit Lev Architects, the project boasts a strategic location near the beach and major transportation routes. It will include amenities for residents such as a club room, gym, and gaming room, alongside public spaces aimed at enhancing the community and quality of life.

The project is already on the market, offering a range of four and five-room apartments, as well as mini-penthouses and penthouses. Prices start at NIS 2.7 million for a four-room apartment. The "N HaHistadrut" project joins two other Azorim urban renewal projects in Netanya: "N Weizmann," which is replacing 72 units with 292, and "N Sokolov," which is replacing 62 units with 264. The entire "N Netanya" collection will comprise 738 new housing units.

Azorim is also advancing five additional projects in Netanya, totaling an additional 2,807 housing units. Netanya Mayor, Avi Salamah, expressed his satisfaction with the project, emphasizing the importance of urban renewal for the city and its residents, highlighting the need for safe and aesthetically pleasing living spaces.
