Azorius Begins Demolition for 182-Unit Redevelopment Project in Netanya

The Azorius real estate company, in partnership with the Netanya Renewal Company, has commenced the demolition of old buildings in the N Ha'Histadrut urban renewal project located in Netanya. The project will result in the construction of 182 new apartments across three buildings: two 18-story towers and one 9-story building. This marks Azorius's third project in the city under its N Netanya series.

The development, designed by Zeit Lev Architects, is situated near Ha'Histadrut and Rabbi Kook streets, within walking distance of the beach. The plan also includes public spaces, a residents' club, a gym, and a gaming room. Sales have already begun, with the company offering four and five-room apartments, mini-penthouses, and penthouses. The starting price for a four-room apartment is NIS 2.7 million.

Azorius has two other ongoing projects in Netanya. The N Weizmann project involved demolishing 72 units to build 292, and the N Sokolov project saw 62 units replaced by 264. Combined with N Ha'Histadrut, these three projects will deliver a total of 738 new apartments.

Furthermore, Azorius is advancing five additional projects in Netanya across various neighborhoods, which are planned to include 2,807 apartments. In total, the company's development pipeline in Netanya comprises 3,545 apartments, encompassing projects in different stages of advancement.

Netanya Mayor Avi Salamah attended the demolition event, expressing his satisfaction with the urban renewal, stating it is crucial for residents and the city. He thanked the involved companies and emphasized the importance of urban renewal for creating safe and attractive living environments. Azorius CEO Adi Dana highlighted Netanya's dynamic development and commitment to responsible urban renewal, stressing the necessity of collaboration between local authorities, residents, and developers. He also noted Azorius's 65 years of experience and commitment to building quality, modern homes.
