18 Injured in Multi-Vehicle Crash on Highway 6 Near Iron Interchange
Eighteen people sustained minor injuries on Tuesday morning following a multi-vehicle collision involving eight cars on Highway 6, near the Iron interchange. Police reported that the road was closed to traffic after the incident, with two of three lanes later reopened. Heavy traffic congestion persisted in the area as police worked to manage traffic flow and clear the scene.
Paramedics from Magen David Adom provided medical treatment to the injured. Ten individuals were transported to Hillel Yaffe Medical Center, all in mild condition. Police urged drivers to follow officers' instructions and stay updated on traffic conditions.
