Yaakov Buzaglo and Former MK Nava Boker Clash Over Politics at Birthday Party

Former footballer Yaakov Buzaglo, known for his playing career and as the father of four professional footballers and a star of the reality show "The Buzaglos," reportedly had a political disagreement at a birthday party. Reality TV personality Dana Ron shared a TikTok video showing Buzaglo in a heated discussion with friends, which Ron and former Knesset member Nava Boker (Likud) attempted to de-escalate.

Ron stated that she and Boker had agreed with Buzaglo and his wife Hani not to discuss politics at the event, but the agreement quickly fell apart. Boker explained that the tension arose because she identifies with the political right, while Buzaglo leans left. She noted that despite their affection for each other, their differing political views led to shouting.

Ron apologized to other restaurant patrons who were exposed to the loud argument, acknowledging that the situation was unavoidable. Buzaglo previously caused a stir in July 2026 when he publicly declared himself a "proud leftist," stating that his political leanings were a long-held conviction and not a recent development or attention-seeking move.
