IDF Announces Large-Scale Drill in Eilat Bay Tomorrow Morning

The IDF spokesman said that on Tuesday morning, a broad military exercise will take place in the Eilat Bay area. The drill is part of the annual training program of the security forces and is intended to maintain operational readiness in Israel’s southern sector.

During the planned activity, residents and visitors should expect unusually heavy movement of security personnel, military vehicles, and various navy vessels throughout the bay and on nearby beaches during the morning and afternoon hours.

Security officials sought to reassure the public, stressing that this is only a routine exercise and that there is no concern about a security incident. They added that if a real event develops, official instructions and updates will be issued immediately by the authorized security forces and the Home Front Command.
