Nicole Scherzinger sustained a painful burn to her leg from boiling water just an hour before a Pussycat Dolls reunion concert in Dusseldorf, Germany, on Saturday, September 26. The 48-year-old singer shared a graphic image of the injury on Instagram, showing blisters on her leg, and captioned it, "Nothing like boiling water falling on your leg an hour before set - but the show must go on." She thanked the Dusseldorf audience for their support and expressed anticipation for the upcoming show in Amsterdam.

Despite the severe burn, Scherzinger proceeded with the performance as part of the Pussycat Dolls' PCD Forever Tour. The tour marks a reunion for the group, with members Kimberly Wyatt and Ashley Roberts also participating. This tour follows Scherzinger's recent success, including winning a Tony Award for her role in "Sunset Blvd." on Broadway.

However, the reunion tour has faced challenges. The group previously canceled the North American leg of their tour in May due to low ticket sales. Furthermore, the announcement of the reunion and tour plans reportedly blindsided fellow band members Jessica Sutta and Carmit Bachar, who were not initially included. Bachar, an Israeli member of the original lineup, shared fan reactions expressing anger over her exclusion and later stated that her departure from the group in 2008 was not her own decision.
