Veteran Center Bryant Dunston Returns to Olympiacos at 40
Olympiacos has signed veteran center Bryant Dunston for a second stint with the Greek club, the team announced Monday. Dunston, who previously played for Olympiacos from 2013 to 2015, returns at the age of 40. He is a former player for Israeli teams Hapoel Gilboa Galil and Maccabi Rishon LeZion.
Last season, Dunston played for EA7 Emporio Armani Milano, where he averaged 2.9 points and 2.1 rebounds per game in EuroLeague play. He has made 381 appearances in the EuroLeague throughout his career.
In addition to Dunston, Olympiacos also signed 28-year-old guard Georgios Papas. Papas played for Maroussi last season, averaging 6.7 points and 2.2 assists per game. He was previously with Olympiacos from 2022 to 2024.
Both players are expected to primarily contribute to the team in domestic league games as Olympiacos continues to build its roster for the upcoming season.
