Veteran Center Bryant Dunston Returns to Olympiacos at 40
Olympiacos has signed veteran center Bryant Dunston for a second stint with the Greek club, the team announced Monday. Dunston, who previously played for Olympiacos from 2013 to 2015, returns at the age of 40. He spent last season with Virtus Bologna, averaging 2.9 points and 2.1 rebounds in the EuroLeague.
Dunston, a former player for Israeli teams Hapoel Gilboa Galil and Maccabi Rishon LeZion, brings extensive EuroLeague experience with 381 appearances. His previous tenure with Olympiacos saw him contribute to the team's success before he moved on to other clubs.
In addition to Dunston, Olympiacos also signed 28-year-old guard Georgios Papas. Papas joins from Maroussi, where he played last season, and previously played for Olympiacos from 2022 to 2024. He averaged 6.7 points and 2.2 assists per game for Maroussi.
